Our Process
Patient Billing
For your convenience we accept HICAPS, DVA, Enhanced Primary Care(EPC), EFTPOS and all major credit cards except for American Express.
Generally payment is at time of consultation. If you are 3rd Party or Workers Compensation, prior approval must be arranged. We will arrange an appointment once your insurance company or solicitor contacts us.
Initial Consultation is $88 and subsequent Consultation is $85 and we can claim through HICAPS for you if you are covered by a health fund.
DVA – Veterans that hold a Gold card do not pay for any treatment but must have a Doctors referral in place, this is renewed annually.
DVA – Veterans that hold a White card related to a foot injury do not pay for any treatment but must have a Doctors referral in place, this is renewed annually. We also have to gain approval from DVA prior to treatment.
Enhanced Primary Care – Consultation is $65.10, however we can claim from Medicare for you providing you have your Medicare card and a visa card to put the refund in. Otherwise you will be given a receipt to take to Medicare.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
